OUR STORY

Chantelle is passionate about all things art and always trying something new to grow her abilities. Starting with a love for drawing mandalas, her skills have expanded into many other art forms like fluid art, resin art, pyrography (wood burning) and mixed media. Recently, in July 2020, Chandala Design has purchased their very first laser engraving and cutting machine, allowing Chantelle to provide you with personalised items and blanks for artists to play with until their hearts are content. Commissions are most welcome, please use the contact form to get in touch and Chantelle will help you design the piece you are looking for.

TERMS OF COMMISSION

A 50% deposit is required for all commission works. Your 50% deposit is non refundable if you have a change of mind. Videos and photos will be provided on completion to ensure you are happy with your piece before postage. Please be mindful that variations of true colour may occur due to differences in lighting and monitor screens and any changes requested may incur additional fees due to extra time and materials.

Once your piece has been posted, no changes or refunds will be made unless there is a major fault.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges will not be permitted on any purchase for change of mind. Minor flaws such as dust or small surface imperfections may be present, as is the nature of the materials used.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, it will be repaired within a reasonable time frame. If we are unable to repair your item, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please make sure you retain proof of purchase.

Inappropriate use or minor flaws do not account as a major problem, refunds and exchanges will not be granted with these.

All returns are required to be paid by the consumer at the time of return.

Refunds will be returned using the initial method of payment.
